Shipping Insurance

  • Shipping insurance is mandatory for single-card purchases.

  • For purchases of IDR 1,000,000 or more, shipping insurance will be covered by Kopeen's Hobby Shop as a courtesy.

  • If the customer chooses to ship without insurance, Kopeen's Hobby Shop is not responsible for any loss or damage occurring during shipment. Kopeen's Hobby Shop however will assist with any help as much as we can.

Unboxing & Claims

  • Customers must record a clear, continuous video of the unboxing from the unopened package until the contents are fully revealed.

  • The package, shipping label, packaging, and card condition must be clearly visible in the video.

  • Claims for shipping damage may not be accepted without a valid unboxing video.

  • Customers should retain all original packaging until any claim has been resolved.
