Welcome to Kopeen's Hobby Shop. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. General

  • All products listed on our website are subject to availability.

  • Product images are provided for reference. Actual colors, appearance, packaging, and other details may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, display settings, or manufacturer revisions.

  • Product specifications, prices, promotions, and availability may be changed without prior notice.

  • By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided by you is accurate and complete.

2. Orders & Payment

  • An order is considered confirmed only after payment has been successfully received and verified by Kopeen's Hobby Shop.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in cases including, but not limited to, pricing errors, stock discrepancies, suspected fraud, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  • If an order is cancelled by us, any payment received for the cancelled order will be refunded accordingly to the original sender details.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping and contact information is correct before completing their purchase.

3. Single Trading Cards

  • Customers may request photos or videos of a single card before purchasing.

  • By purchasing after receiving the requested photos or videos, the customer confirms that they have reviewed and accepted the card's condition as shown.

  • If no photos or videos are requested, the customer agrees that any available card condition may be sent.

  • Photos and videos are provided as a reference. Minor differences may occur due to lighting, camera quality, or screen settings.

4. Sealed Products

This section applies to products including Elite Trainer Boxes (ETB), special collaboration boxes or sets, booster boxes, booster packs, and other factory-sealed products.

  • Sealed products are sold in the condition provided by the manufacturer.

  • Minor imperfections to the outer packaging, including dents, scratches, creases, tears, or other cosmetic defects, may occur during manufacturing, storage, or transportation.

  • Customers may request photos or videos of a the product before purchasing.

  • By purchasing after receiving the requested photos or videos, the customer confirms that they have reviewed and accepted the product's condition as shown.

  • If no photos or videos are requested, the customer agrees that any available product condition may be sent.

  • Such cosmetic imperfections do not necessarily indicate damage to the contents and do not qualify for return or refund unless otherwise determined by Kopeen's Hobby Shop.

  • We do not guarantee the contents, pull rates, rarity, or specific cards/items contained within sealed products.

  • Once a sealed product has been opened, returns or refunds due to the contents, pull results, or customer expectations are not accepted.

5. Displays, Acrylics & Collectibles

  • Displays, acrylic products, cases, figures, and other collectibles may have minor manufacturing imperfections.

  • Minor scratches, molding marks, paint variations, seams, or other characteristics inherent to the manufacturing process may occur.

  • Product-specific defects may be considered for replacement or other resolution at our discretion, subject to available stock and supporting evidence.

6. Plushies

  • Plushies may have minor variations in shape, size, stitching, positioning, stuffing, or other manufacturing characteristics.

  • These variations are not necessarily considered defects.

  • Tags and packaging may also have minor cosmetic imperfections resulting from manufacturing or transportation.

7. Electronics

  • Electronic products must be inspected upon delivery.

  • Customers should verify the product, accessories, packaging, and physical condition before use.

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, improper installation, or failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions may not be covered.

  • Customers should retain the original packaging and accessories for the duration of any applicable warranty or claim process.

8. Clothing & Apparel

  • Customers are responsible for checking the size chart and product measurements before purchasing.

  • Differences in fit may occur depending on the product design and individual body shape.

  • Returns or exchanges due solely to selecting the wrong size may not be accepted unless specifically stated on the product page.

  • Minor differences in color, printing, stitching, or placement may occur due to manufacturing processes.

9. Shipping & Insurance

  • Shipping insurance is mandatory for orders containing single trading cards.

  • For any purchases totaling of IDR 1,000,000 or more, shipping insurance will be covered by Kopeen's Hobby Shop as a courtesy.

  • If a customer chooses to ship without applicable insurance, Kopeen's Hobby Shop is not responsible for loss or damage occurring during shipment.

  • Shipping times are estimates provided by the selected courier and are outside our direct control.

  • Delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, natural disasters, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control are not considered a failure to fulfill the order.

10. Unboxing & Shipping Claims

  • Customers must record a clear and continuous video of the unboxing if they wish to make a claim for missing, damaged, or incorrect items.

  • The video should clearly show the unopened package, shipping label, external condition of the package, packaging materials, and the products inside.

  • The recording should continue from the unopened package until the contents have been fully inspected.

  • Shipping-related claims may not be accepted without a valid unboxing video.

  • Customers must retain the original packaging and shipping materials until the claim has been resolved.

  • Claims should be submitted as soon as possible after delivery, together with the required photos, videos, and supporting information.

11. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not automatically accepted and are subject to the applicable product conditions and circumstances.

  • Claims for incorrect, missing, defective, or damaged products must be supported by sufficient evidence.

  • Products returned without prior approval from Kopeen's Hobby Shop may be rejected.

  • Products must generally be returned in their original condition, including packaging, tags, accessories, and other included items where applicable.

  • Products that have been opened, used, modified, damaged, or altered by the customer may not qualify for a return or exchange.

  • Refund amounts and methods will be determined after the claim has been reviewed and approved.

12. Wrong or Missing Items

If you receive an item that is different from what was ordered or an item is missing:

  • Contact us as soon as possible.

  • Provide your order number and a clear unboxing video.

  • Provide clear photos of the received items and packaging.

  • Do not dispose of the packaging or any received items until the case has been resolved.

We will review the case and provide an appropriate resolution if the claim is determined to be valid.

13. Pre-Orders

  • Pre-orders may be available for both upcoming and already-released products sourced from outside Indonesia.

  • Kopeen's Hobby Shop will provide an estimated fulfillment period. Actual timing may vary due to shipping conditions, weather, customs procedures, or applicable regulations.

  • The fulfillment period starts when the pre-order session closes and ends when the product has arrived, been processed, and is ready to ship to the customer.

  • Any significant delays will be communicated to customers transparently.

  • Pre-order payment must be completed before the pre-order session closes.

  • Any remaining balance must be paid within the estimated fulfillment period and no later than the product's ready-to-ship date.

  • For example, if the estimated fulfillment period is 43 days (40 days to arrive in Jakarta + 3 days for processing), the customer has 43 days from the session closing date to complete the full payment.

  • Failure to complete payment by the deadline may result in cancellation of the pre-order.

14. Promotions, Discounts & Limited Products

  • Promotions, discounts, vouchers, and special offers are subject to their respective terms and validity periods.

  • Promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

  • Limited-stock products are available on a first-come, first-served basis, unless otherwise stated.

  • We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased per customer for certain products or promotions.

15. Product Authenticity

Kopeen's Hobby Shop is committed to selling authentic products sourced through legitimate channels.

We do not knowingly sell counterfeit products. Product packaging, labels, seals, and other manufacturer markings may vary depending on the production batch, region, or release.

If the authenticity can be questioned with sufficient proof and evidence, the customer will be eligible for a full refund.

16. Website Content

  • We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, prices, images, and other website information are accurate.

  • Errors may occasionally occur, including typographical errors, incorrect images, pricing errors, or inaccurate stock information.

  • We reserve the right to correct such errors and, where necessary, cancel affected orders.

17. Customer Conduct

Customers must not use our website or services for fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, or otherwise prohibited activities.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access to customers involved in fraudulent transactions, abusive behavior, repeated misuse of our return or claim policies, or other activities that may harm our business or other customers.

18. Limitation of Responsibility

Kopeen's Hobby Shop is not responsible for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Courier delays, loss, or mishandling where applicable insurance has not been obtained;

  • Customs procedures, duties, taxes, or import restrictions;

  • Natural disasters or extreme weather;

  • Government restrictions or regulations;

  • Manufacturer delays or production issues;

  • Incorrect information provided by the customer; or

  • Events outside our reasonable control.

19. Agreement to These Terms

By accessing our website, placing an order, or purchasing a product from Kopeen's Hobby Shop, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Kopeen's Hobby Shop reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. The latest version published on this website will apply to purchases made after the updated terms take effect.
