Card Condition
Customers may request photos or videos of the card before purchasing.
By purchasing after receiving the requested photos or videos, the customer confirms that they have reviewed and accepted the card's condition as shown.
If no photos or videos are requested, the customer agrees that any available card condition may be sent and accepts the card's condition upon purchase.
Photos and videos are provided as a reference; minor differences may occur due to lighting, camera quality, or screen settings.
Shipping Insurance
Shipping insurance is mandatory for single-card purchases.
For purchases of IDR 1,000,000 or more, shipping insurance will be covered by Kopeen's Hobby Shop as a courtesy.
If the customer chooses to ship without insurance, Kopeen's Hobby Shop is not responsible for any loss or damage occurring during shipment. Kopeen's Hobby Shop however will assist with any help as much as we can.
Unboxing & Claims
Customers must record a clear, continuous video of the unboxing from the unopened package until the contents are fully revealed.
The package, shipping label, packaging, and card condition must be clearly visible in the video.
Claims for shipping damage may not be accepted without a valid unboxing video.
Customers should retain all original packaging until any claim has been resolved.
